Memberships: Available NOW! Each member purchases one share of stock, pays an initial fee, and then pays 1/10 cents Co-op fee on each gallon purchased.

Supplier: The suppliers invoice each member directly.

Rebate: $0.0035 per gallon for qualified gallon.  Rebates are paid on all volumes when 85% of contract is pulled by product, each month.  If member pulls from more than one terminal, volumes are consolidated by product for rebate purposes only.  Contract volumes can be increased once per month and decreased once per year with approval.
