PURE Annual Stockholders Meeting Set for Nov. 13-14, at the Sheraton Music City in Nashville
Yearend event an ideal getaway for oil jobbers and their family
The PURE Co-op annual shareholders meeting will be held prior to the fourth quarter board meeting on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009, at the Sheraton Music City in Nashville.
PURE Co-op members should make their plans to attend the Annual Stockholders Meeting at the Sheraton Music City in Nashville, scheduled for the weekend of Nov. 13-14, 2009. The site for this year’s event moves to Nashville, where a number of attractions and amenities are accessible for members and their families to enjoy.
Located conveniently near the airport, the Sheraton Music City is within Nashville’s Opryland area, where the former theme park site still offers entertainment at the Grand Ole Opry, as well as shopping at the Opry Mills Shopping Mall, one of the largest shopping centers in the South. The conference hotel also is just a short drive from downtown, where Co-op members and guests can enjoy the historic 2nd Avenue Entertainment District, Printer’s Alley, the Country Music Hall of Fame, and more.
As for tending to Co-op business, the Annual Stockholders Meeting will be held immediately preceding the fourth quarter board meeting, when the 15-member board will be recognized for their leadership, election results for board members will be announced, a new slate of officers will begin their terms, and an announcement will be made of the yearend dividend payment for members in good standing. In addition, the annual meeting will include special recognition for members reaching milestones in their involvement in the Co-op, as well as a welcome to those new members coming on board this year.
The Annual Stockholders Meeting is a must for Co-op members and their families, so we hope to see you there.
