Member service awards highlight significant milestones for select PURE members
Many oil jobbers have been with the Co-op since its founding in 1993

One of the highlights of the annual stockholders meeting of the PURE Co-op is the presentation of the Member Service Awards for those jobbers who are celebrating anniversaries that mark milestones in their membership.
With the PURE Co-op celebrating its 15th anniversary this past year, having been founded as the Southeastern Oil Jobbers Cooperative in 1993, those companies receiving the 15-Year Member Service Award are in essence the founding fathers. Those members celebrating their 15-year anniversary include:
• Bankson Oil Company in Summerville, GA
• Cougar Oil Company in Selma, AL
• Daughtridge Oil Company in Rocky Mount, NC
• Harbour Petroleum Corporation in Melbourne, FL
• Horn Oil Company, Inc. in Mocksville, NC
• J.E. Sharber Company in Bainbridge, GA
• J.E. Wilson & Son, Inc. in Belle Glade, FL
• Pine State, Inc. in Archdale, NC
• Pruett Oil Company in Winder, AL
• Sparks Oil Company in Reidsville, NC
• Whitfield Oil Company in Chickamauga, GA
• Robin Hood Oil Company in Benson, NC
In addition, several members received the 10-Year Service Award, marking a decade of membership in the PURE Co-op. Those 10-year anniversaries include:

• Mac’s Minit Mart, Inc. in Vernon, AL
• Chambers Oil Company in Milledgeville, GA
• John L. Williams Company in Adel, GA
