PURE Co-op welcomes DCI Marketing as newest vendor

Realizing the importance of point-of-purchase displays, direct marketing, and related services to the successful operation of the retail sites of PURE Co-op members, DCI Marketing has joined the ranks as an approved vendor.

Founded in 1944, the forerunner of DCI Marketing began operations in Milwaukee, Wisconsin as Display Corporation, signifying its principle business of providing printed signs at the point of sale for a number of companies in the area, notably automobile dealerships. During the 1950’s, the company changed its name to D.C. International, with offices expanding to Chicago, New York, and Detroit, as clients included Cadillac and Buick, among others.

By 1980, the newly named DCI Marketing was involved in all forms of point-of-purchase marketing and direct marketing professional products and services in a number of industries. Since joining IMI Merchandising, a UK-based engineering corporation, in 2002, DCI Marketing offers clients storefront displays, showrooms, direct mail, Web and wireless communications, and more.

DCI Marketing combines marketing intelligence and industry expertise, with an approach that involves integrated, multichannel marketing solutions to reach customers at multiple points. For PURE Co-op members, this might include waste containers, service centers, pump top and store front displays, as well as other accessories for a retail site. DCI Marketing’s “Commercial Zone® Products” are specifically designed to meet the needs of petroleum marketers such as PURE.
